File Specifications
Please send ads as PDF files with all text embedded
or converted to graphics. Spot color should be set
to one of the CMYK colors but can be printed as
any color.

Deadlines
Space should be reserved two weeks prior
to publication date. Copy and/or
mechanicals must be in hand one
week
prior to publication date. Ads must
be correct size (camera ready) or be
subject to rejection or a surcharge for typesetting.
| Format
The Recorder is printed on tabloid sheet using a five-column design. The fifth column which is more narrow than a regular column, is available as bonus space for full-page and half-page advertisers. Normal column widths are 2 inches (12 picas) wide and are separated by 1-pica gutters. The bonus column is 8 picas wide.
Additional services
Spot color is available for $60. Design and composition services are available for an additional fee. |
